Terms and conditions

To make your stay more pleasant and improve your living experience, we invite you to respect the following terms and conditions:

  1. Final payment shall be made upon arrival at the B&B.
  2. Smoking within the premises (rooms and common areas) is forbidden.
  3. Luggage deposit shall be agreed with management upon arrival at the B&B.
  4. Guests may not introduce other persons within the premises unless registered upon prior request to management.
  5. Linen shall be changed every 3 days for stays longer than 5 days, whilst towels will be changed every 2 days.
  6. To avoid unpleasant incidents or damages charged to the wrongdoer, please do not throw anything in the toilet with the exception of toilet paper, but to use the specific dustbin.
  7. Check-in time is 12 a.m. to 8 p.m. Different check-in times must be previously communicated in order to avoid any inconvenience or waiting.
  8. The facilities must be left within and no later than 10 a.m. to allow cleaning and reception of new guests.
  9. Leaving towels on the floor or inappropriate use of the towels is forbidden. In case of damage, management will take action against the wrongdoers.
  10. Throwing any object from the windows is forbidden.
  11. Disturbing other guests in any way, for example by listening to music or watching TV at a loud volume, shouting or making noise at any time of the day is strictly forbidden.
  12. Use of the kitchen (common area) is allowed at all times, in full respect of reciprocal freedom.
  13. The introduction of animals is forbidden unless specifically requested to management in the booking phase.
  14. Any malpractice violating the Italian Penal Code and common sense is forbidden. Eventual violations will be reported to the competent Police authority.
  15. Soiling or damaging common equipment/areas including intercoms, doors, hallways, stairs etc. is forbidden. Upon reiterated complaints regarding the violation of such condition, wrongdoers shall be removed from the premises and shall lose the right to reimbursement of sums paid.
  16. Management shall not be held liable for eventual theft of unattended items unless they have been deposited at the manager’s office itself.
